Our honey is gathered from wild blackberry vines growing in the California Sierra Nevada foothills. Other wild flowers visited by the bees add to the rich complex gourmet flavor harvested and extacted by hand. Our honey is never heated above 110 degrees F which allows it to retain all pollens and heat sensitive enzymes for a pure natural raw honey flavor experience.
